The rule
A club that serves alcohol admits guests 21 and over, full stop. A club that does not serve alcohol may admit 18 and over. In Las Vegas the full-bar clubs are the topless clubs, and the no-alcohol clubs are the fully nude ones, so the age question and the nudity question have the same answer. The one exception either way is the Palomino, which holds an older license that allows a bar and full nudity together; because of the bar it is 21 and over.
The reason is Clark County’s licensing, not the clubs’ preference. A venue with a liquor license takes on the state’s alcohol age limit at the door; a venue without one is regulated as adult entertainment only, and the county sets that floor at 18.
Which clubs are 21+
Every club we book: Sapphire, Peppermint Hippo, Hustler Club, Treasures, Airstrip, and Crazy Horse 3 when it reopens. Spearmint Rhino, the Palomino and Las Toxicas, which we do not book, are also 21 and over because they serve alcohol. All of them check ID at the door and turn away anyone under 21 no matter who they are with. Our free limo deal is 21 and over for the same reason, and so is every private show booked through us.

Both serve soft drinks and energy drinks instead of alcohol, both set their own cover, and neither is on our free-limo list. Little Darlings is the one with daytime hours; Deja Vu is closed Sunday through Wednesday, which surprises a lot of groups who plan around it. The full nude exception that is still 21+
The Palomino Club in North Las Vegas is fully nude with a full bar, on a license that predates the county rule. People find it while searching for 18+ clubs because it is fully nude, then get turned away because of the bar. It is 21 and over. If full nudity is the point and everyone is 21, it is an option; if someone is under 21, it is not.
What the door checks
- A valid, unexpired government photo ID: driver’s license, state ID or passport. Many clubs scan it.
- The photo has to match. A borrowed ID gets confiscated and the group gets a conversation with security.
- Photos of an ID on a phone are not accepted anywhere, including the 18+ clubs.
- International visitors: a passport is the safe bet; foreign driver’s licenses are hit or miss.
- The check is every guest, every time. Arriving in our limo does not skip it.
What an under-21 guest can do in Las Vegas
More than people think, just not the clubs we book. The 18+ clubs above. Most of the male revues on the Strip admit 18 and over; check the show. Shows, restaurants, the pools, the rides and the attractions are open to them. Casino floors, nightclubs, bars and every 21+ club are not.
For groups with someone under 21
Plan around it rather than hoping the door is lenient; it is not. The workable plans:
- The whole group does an 18+ club. Little Darlings has daytime hours, so it fits an afternoon before a 21+ night for the rest of the group. No limo deal, and you pay the club’s cover.
- Split the night. Dinner and a show together, then the 21+ guests take the free limo to a club and the under-21 guest has the rest of the evening. Pickups run until 3 AM, so the club leg can start late.
- The under-21 guest sits out the adult entertainment. A private show in the suite is also 21 and over, so it does not solve the problem; the honest answer is that this part of the night is for the guests who can enter.
