Age Requirement and Identification
All clients must be 21 years or older to purchase services. Every individual in your group will need to provide a valid government-issued ID upon entry to venues. By purchasing any service, you confirm that all group members meet the age requirement. Failure to present valid ID will result in forfeiture of services without a refund. Venues may refuse service for intoxication or any other reasonable cause.
Dress Code
Strict dress codes are enforced at many venues. Please confirm dress code requirements with your representative before attending. Commonly prohibited items include athletic wear, open-toed shoes, tank tops, and caps. Failure to comply with dress codes will result in denied entry, and no refunds will be issued. Venues may also restrict the use of vape pens and gum. Illegal activities, such as drug use or solicitation, are not condoned and will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds for pre-paid packages must be requested at least 7 days before the event. Special event weekends, including holidays, require 30 days’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within the required timeframes will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee and an additional 5% fee for credit card processing. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event (or 30 days on special weekends) will not be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or non-compliance with venue requirements.
Use of Logos
Logos and trademarks of third-party venues remain the property of their respective owners. Unauthorized use of these logos is prohibited.
